Ah weddings in 2020! What a rollercoaster ride for couples with a wedding planned for the year. However, despite obstacles that included a global pandemic, a national lockdown, travel restrictions, border closures and the general stress of wedding planning, Kristal and Seb managed to pull off a beautiful and relaxed wedding day in central Auckland with their loved ones who could make it on the day, and an extra 50 or so guests who dialed in via Zoom. Forced to push out their original wedding date in May the couple rescheduled for October and were blessed with a day of beautiful Auckland sunshine for their nuptials. Kristal and Seb were the first guests to stay at the newly opened Convent Boutique Hotel in Grey Lynn, the chic hotel just a short hop and skip from their wedding venue in Ponsonby. Kristal and Seb were married at the Sapphire Room in Ponsonby Central, where they tied the knot accompanied by their two gorgeous daughters in front of a room full of loved ones.
